Brie, Fig and Prosciutto appetisers
2 sheets of Butter Puff pastry
100g shaved prosciutto cut into 24 pieces
120g Wicked Brie or Triple Cream Brie cut into 24 pieces
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Grease and flour a mini muffin pan.
Cut the pastry into 24 squares and press them into the muffin pan.
Put 1/2 tsp of the fig paste into the the bottom of each pastry case, then add the prosciutto and Wicked Brie. Top with a light sprinkling of the dried chives.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
