Warm Camembert with Bacon, Rosemary and Honey
200gm Wicked Camembert
4 rashers of streaky bacon diced
4 sprigs of rosemary chopped finely
1 tsp of honey
1 baguette sliced and toasted
In a fry pan cook the streaky bacon and rosemary until the bacon is crispy.
Take the wheel of Camembert and cut the rind off the top. Place the Camembert into a microwave safe serving bowl and microwave for 45-55 seconds.
Drain all excess oil from the bacon and rosemary and top the Camembert with it. Drizzle the honey over the top and garnish with a couple of sprigs of rosemary serve immediately with the toasted baguette.
This recipe is so easy and quick to make but the combination of the creamy Camembert, salty bacon and the sweet honey make a Wickedly good combination.
