Pyengana Cloth Matured Cheddar Truckle (900g-1kg)

Made in North East Tasmania at the Pyengana Dairy near beautiful St Columba Falls. 

A great little wheel of cheese. Which would make a lovely centrepiece to a cheese platter, grazing plate or wedding cheese wheel cake!

Beautifully presented, simply peel the cloth from the exterior of the truckle and slice cheese as required.
