This traditional yoghurt cheese is preserved in olive oil, and has no artificial preservatives added. The cheese has a beautiful soft creamy texture and is marinated in the following 3 choices:
Oregano, peppercorns, garlic and rosemary.
Perfect on a traditional Greek salad.
Lemon, cracked pepper, kaffir lime leaves and garlic. Great on smoked salmon!
