Riesling

This is a single vineyard, exclusively estate produced wine from mature vines at Tea Tree in Tasmanian's Coal River Valley.

Light, bright and zesty, floral and lime flavours. Enjoy its fresh crispness or put it away for up to 10 years.

 

Chardonnay

Fresh stone fruit & ripe grapefruit aromas. A soft fig & pecan flavorsome palate follows with delicate citrus mineral undertones giving line and length

 

Sparkling

This wine shows light strawy colour with a persistent light bead. Intense and complex aromas, creamy and yeasty flavours

A blend of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay.

 

Pinot Noir 

Exhibits the fragrance fruit intensity and savoury characters typical of a true cool climate Pinot Noir.

 

Cabernet Merlot

Rich, deep and concentrated with dark berry flavours, it has fine tannins with a sweet, powdery texture.

 

Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine is typified by its cool climate elegance and purity of flavour. Black fruits, bay leaves, touches of regional mint and fine Tanins.

 

Shiraz

The wine is typified by the fruity purity and peppery spice only found in a true cool climate Shiraz. Its has soft tannins and a firm structure
